We are looking for HR Business Partners to drive development

Elderly care is the heart of a well-functioning and compassionate society. With us, it is about making a real difference every day, providing our elderly with the care, respect, and security they deserve. Within the Health, Care, and Social Services Administration in Malmö, we are determined to shape the future of elderly care. We are in the midst of an exciting development journey and we are looking for more people who want to make an impact!

Support managers in both daily and long-term work

We are now looking for you who, with courage, wisdom, and genuine commitment, want to contribute to creating an elderly care system that meets future needs. Together we make a difference every day. As an HR Business Partner, or operational HR consultant as we call it within Malmö City, you play a crucial role in supporting our managers in both the complex personnel issues of everyday life and in long-term change work. You will need all your HR competence when operational issues such as labor law, investigations, and rehabilitation need to be balanced with cultural change and coaching for managers. After some time with us, you will, if you are not already, become skilled at navigating complex labor law investigations, but also have developed confident and courageous managers, contributing to a home care service that our elderly and their relatives can trust.

An engaged team

We are an engaged team that supports, challenges, and develops each other every day. We share successes and learn from our mistakes, always with the ambition to improve together. Your future colleagues possess not only deep competence but also a strong commitment to making a difference. Together we create a work environment where we dare to think outside the box, where we lift each other up, and where we build a strong and sustainable HR function together.

Your mission includes, among other things:

  • Supporting and coaching managers in individual cases, labor law, rehabilitation, work environment, and salary issues
  • Actively participating in management groups and working strategically and preventively within HR
  • Contributing to the development of methods and processes within HR
  • Coaching and supporting colleagues to build a strong and sustainable HR function together

Qualifications you need to have

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources and working life or another relevant academic degree of at least 180 credits
  • Experience in broad HR work with consultative/coaching support to managers
  • Experience working in a large and complex organization, or in the public sector
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

We consider it meritorious if you have:

  • Experience and interest in working with labor law issues.
  • Experience working with workplace cultures and work environments.

You also exude a natural confidence and stability that comes from your self-awareness. You see relationships for what they really are and handle them with care and respect. When it comes to your work, you take full responsibility and act confidently, with the ability to structure and drive processes forward in a purposeful manner. You find it easy to collaborate and create good relationships by listening, communicating openly, and handling conflicts constructively. You see the big picture and understand that your decisions not only affect your own role but the entire organization. And even when setbacks arise, you hold on to your perseverance and motivation. You do not give up; you continue until you have reached your goals, and ensure that every project is completed with the results you strive for.
